11/15/2011 – Getting ready to enter my contest I have downloaded the contest entry form, and I am looking for my posing trunks so far bodybuilding.com seems to have the best selection. If you ever need advise on routines or different excercises bodybuilding.com is a great source for information.

11/15/2011 – As many of you know Jay Cutler did not win the Mr. Olympia title, he took second to Phil Heath. Phil came in great shape, while Jay was lagging in some areas and had torn a bicep muscle so his training suffered. Phil is going to do a great job representing the sport of bodybuilding.

9/16/11 – The Mr. Olympia pre-judging just finished and wow is all I can say. Phil Heath is a threat to Jay Cutler’s title. Tomorrow will tell it will be a close contest. Let us not forget about Kai who has a chance to take it as well. Let wait and see what tomorrow holds for the Mr. Olympia 2011.

9/9/2011 – With the Mr. Olympia compition right around the corner, I can’t help but get excited about my upcoming contest. It is my goal to compete at 185 this year and come back next year at 200. I am not getting my hopes up to high about getting first place, but if I was to acomplish it I would earn my IFBB pro card, which opens up all kinds of doors for me. I would love to attend this years Olympia contest, but the tickets are way out of my budget this year. Who knows in a couple of years I could be on the olympia stage competing in the 202’s.

My prediction is the Jay Cutler wins with Phil Heath in second place.
